MSK Physiotherapist Vishakha Bhatia

Move better. Recover stronger. Live without pain.

I’m Vishakha Bhatia, a UK-trained Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist specialising in pain management, injury rehabilitation, and restoring confident movement, whether you’re getting back to sport, work, or simply daily life without pain.

I hold an MSc in Advanced Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham, and I’m Certified in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (COMT). My approach combines thorough assessment, hands-on manual therapy and joint mobilisation, with progressive exercise-based rehabilitation, guided by evidence and tailored to your specific goals. I’ve treated a wide range of acute and chronic MSK and sports injuries in UK private practice and previously worked in a leading multi-speciality hospital in India. These experiences help me stay calm and structured with both simple and complex presentations.

Patients often tell me they value my calm manner, clear explanations, and collaborative approach. I explain what’s going on, what we’re doing, and why, so you feel confident and in control of your recovery.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me travelling and reading. I enjoy playing badminton, and I’m big on building sustainable habits: movement, strength, and flexibility because long-term results come from consistency.
